Specialist topic · Presence · fem:up
A presence that amplifies impact.
Making leadership and teams more effective, also through personal presence and charisma. In the meeting, in the conflict conversation, on the stage of everyday work. An acting-based training that works on exactly that: deeply rooted in female empowerment, today also for mixed groups. Together with fem:up.
The problem
Making yourself smaller than you are.
The substance is there. But in the decisive moment, in the meeting, in the conflict conversation, in the leadership situation, it does not land the way it should. So: adapting, holding back, taking less room than there is. And the usual trainings deliver rules of behavior that feel like a costume. This is where we start differently: no rules for how somebody has to be; the view turns to what is already there.
Familiar scenarios:
- Being talked over, even though the contribution was the better one.
- Bending yourself to appear “professional”, and losing your own impact along the way.
- The bigger the room, the quieter the voice. The own position gets lost.
- In the conflict conversation, posture and words fail at exactly the decisive moment.
- Nervousness before a presentation or a stage moment; the body does not play along.
- A strong presence feels like effort, not like one's own strength.
The approach
A strong presence does not have to be hard work.
We work resource-oriented: with exercises from acting, body and voice can be used deliberately. At work, in (conflict) conversations, in leadership situations or on the stage of everyday life: the presence stays authentic at all times. 99% of the training is practical exercises. Just do it. Real presence only emerges when your own personality flows in.
How the training works
Practice, not theory.
A strong presence does not have to be hard work. We anchor individual skills in body memory, so they stay retrievable with ease even under pressure.
