Vibe-coding for managers. Build it yourself, accelerate teams.

Making the team faster, because AI gets used hands-on, first-hand. One day makes clear how AI agents take over work and free up time. Out of it come a first prototype, self-built, and a workable plan for the team. With people and agents.

The problem

AI feels like a mountain.
So people wait instead of starting.

Too big, too technical, too fast-moving, too risky: exactly that impression paralyzes. Instead of getting started, people wait, delegate to IT or look for a foothold in the next tool tutorial. Yet with every week of hesitation, the gap to those who simply start grows.

Familiar scenarios:

In another 18 months I think every employee will be enabled by one or more agents. We'll have a workforce that is human and agentic, and we're going to have to navigate that.

— Bob Sternfels, CEO, McKinsey & Company

The core

Agility is the new safety.

The technological landscape is changing faster than ever, and the way things get built is changing with it: what used to cost teams months now takes days. Not because people work harder, but smarter, with AI as a colleague.

For leaders that means: away from planning and delegating, towards experimenting and adjusting. Away from long programs, towards build, test, learn, and start again. We call that speed of learning.

That takes more than rolling out AI tools to the team: a different style of leadership. Leading by example, encouraging creativity and celebrating mistakes instead of avoiding them.

Judgment

Judgment is the new edge.

Agility brings the speed, judgment the direction. Two halves of the same thesis.

A fool with a tool is still a fool.

A core belief of the program

Tools make you fast. Judgment makes you effective. Tool skills are quickly learned, and they belong in the hands rather than on slides: build, test, experience what is already possible today. But the tool alone makes nobody better. The more powerful the AI, the more valuable the one skill that stays human: judgment. Evaluating AI output. Spotting what is missing. Knowing when to trust, and when to think it through again yourself.

You can outsource your thinking, but you cannot outsource your understanding.

A core belief of the program

Thinking can be outsourced, understanding cannot. Judgment does not come from a tutorial; it comes from experience, feedback and reflection with others. That is why the masterclass trains both: the hands on the tool and the head that guides it.

The opportunity

Whoever starts now does not fall behind.

01

Understand the impact

No vague vision of the future, but a clear picture of what AI concretely changes in one's own market and organization. Tasks that took weeks shrink to days.

02

Make teams faster and smarter

Use AI to accelerate processes, make better decisions and make the team noticeably more effective. Prototypes emerge in hours instead of quarters: tested, discarded, rebuilt.

03

Go home with superpowers

Skills that apply directly in practice, far beyond clever prompting. It is not the biggest budget that wins, but the highest speed of learning.

The masterclass

What we offer: a workshop that makes the mountain small.

Four building blocks, each building on the last: from the big picture to your own organization, to hands-on work on your own prototype, to the network that carries afterwards.

01 The new realityKeynote Understand how AI is changing the world.

The keynote shows what AI really means for you, beyond the hype. What does it mean when your organization largely consists of agents? How do competitive positions shift when anyone can build? And what does that mean for your strategy, your teams and your edge?

  • The force of AI: why it is breaking through now and which industries it hits first.
  • Exponential thinking: a mindset that fits the new reality.
  • Learning from the frontrunners: organizations that already work exponentially today.
02 Your own organizationReflection Where are the opportunities, where are the risks for your own company?

Insight without application is entertainment in disguise. So here we run the reflection loop: you translate the new reality onto your own organization. Where do you shorten innovation cycles from months to weeks? How do you make your team capable of learning, and how do you lead a hybrid workforce of people and AI?

  • Explore vs. exploit: AI shortens exploit timelines, but innovation cycles too.
  • A culture of agility: what does an organization look like that keeps learning and stays ahead of the market?
  • The AI-enabled employee: how do teams need to be set up and people enabled?
  • Judgment as a leadership task: evaluating AI output, questioning it and deciding when to trust.
03 Vibe-codingHands-on Experience the power of AI with your own hands, no programming skills needed.

Now we build. You experience on your own screen how short the path is from idea to working prototype: with AI, without writing a single line of code yourself. You try, discard, rebuild, and notice along the way: this changes not only how you decide, but what you consider possible at all. At the end stands something that works.

  • Vibe-coding: build an app or a prototype without programming.
  • Agents: independent AI colleagues that work for you.
  • The vibe-coding manager: how to accelerate in practice yourself.
04 Staying with itFollow-up Access to 100+ experts who keep you sharp.

The workshop is not the end. Participants get access to the Innovation Network, a community of 100+ top experts, developers, artists and forward thinkers that keeps the view sharp for the latest AI developments. Because what is standard today is outdated tomorrow. The permanent line into the future.

  • AI digests: the most important AI developments, curated by experts.
  • Exclusive events: meet the minds of the Innovation Network and learn from them.
  • Like-minded managers: exchange with others going through the same transformation.

The format

Small group, big impact.

The setting

  • 1–2 days: intensive and compact, no idle time.
  • Max. 10 people: a deliberately small, exclusive group.
  • Hands-on: build yourself instead of just listening.
  • Experienced guidance: experts at your side.

What remains

  • A different mindset: openness and curiosity instead of defensiveness; questioning entrenched routines rather than defending them.
  • Leadership that works in daily business: leading confidently through the change instead of blindly delegating AI to IT.
  • Noticeably more self-organization: AI as a thinking sparring partner; daily work and to-dos become measurably more efficient.
  • Sharpened judgment: knowing what AI does well, where it goes wrong, and when your own head is needed.
  • A prototype of your own: at the end stands something built, not slides. What exactly depends on the organization's compliance framework; building works either way. Plus a network of AI frontrunners.

Why with us

Our approach, delivered by two worlds.

The masterclass is no flash in the pan; it follows our three-step: name it, simplify, deliver. AI can quickly feel like an unclimbable mountain: too big, too technical, too fast-moving. Instead of waiting, this is about getting into action: low-threshold, with a feel for what is possible, and a routine for staying with it even when much changes every few weeks.

What makes it possible is an interplay of two worlds. Die Dranbleiber work at the leadership level and bring the topic into daily work. The international Innovation Network brings the technical depth: what is already possible today and how to use it pragmatically. Together, the big topic becomes something doable, with genuine joy in experimenting.

The masterclass is a collaboration between Exponential Executives and Die Dranbleiber, who offer and deliver it across the German-speaking region.

This is the leadership level. The other half is the system.

Here we make people effective with AI: mindset, self-organization, leadership. When AI is to be built firmly into processes, products and the organization, WE BUILD AI › takes over. Two flight levels, one transformation.

Frequently asked

Good to know.

Does it require technical background?
No. The masterclass starts with doing, not with theory. The goal is a feel for what is possible today and how to stay with it, not the perfect prompt.
How is this different from a plain prompting workshop?
A tool workshop makes you tool-savvy. But: a fool with a tool is still a fool. We go one step deeper: participants build with AI themselves and go home with skills they can apply directly, instead of theory about the future. The focus is on leadership and self-organization, experienced hands-on rather than explained in the abstract.
For individual leaders or entire leadership teams?
Both: as an open masterclass with leaders from different companies, or in-house for a company's own leadership team from 10 people. It often starts in the leadership team and gets carried into the organization from there.
Which tools are used, and what do participants need?
The leading models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, deliberately tool-agnostic: this is about judgment, not a product. What is needed is personal access, private or through the employer. Practice happens on real, non-critical tasks. Sensitive data stays out.
What happens after the masterclass?
Whoever wants to stays in touch: with the other participants and with the Innovation Network community behind it, including forums, newsletter and events. Everything optional, nothing required.
